Terms of Service
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of shelfbloom.shop and your purchase of products from ShelfBloom.
Throughout these Terms, “ShelfBloom,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of shelfbloom.shop. “You” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer, or person using the website.
By visiting the website, creating an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.
1. Online Store Terms
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website.
You may not use our products, services, website, or content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
2. Product Information
ShelfBloom makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, measurements, materials, specifications, features, and photographs.
However, product colours and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and the natural characteristics of materials.
Wooden products may display differences in grain, texture, shade, knots, markings, or finish. These natural variations may not be considered defects when they do not affect the intended function of the product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and installation requirements before purchasing.
3. Installation and Use
Some ShelfBloom products require assembly or wall installation.
Customers are responsible for:
- Following the supplied installation instructions
- Using appropriate tools and mounting hardware
- Confirming that the wall or surface is suitable
- Avoiding electrical wiring, plumbing, and structural hazards
- Observing the stated or reasonable weight limitations
- Obtaining professional installation assistance when necessary
Mounting requirements may vary depending on wall material, including drywall, brick, concrete, tile, or wood.
ShelfBloom is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, unauthorized modification, improper use, overloading, or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
4. Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed on the website in the selected or applicable currency.
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, unless a correction is required by law or the order involves an obvious error.
Taxes, duties, or other charges may apply depending on the customer’s location. Any applicable amount collected during checkout will be displayed before the order is submitted.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may review, limit, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Incorrect product or pricing information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Inventory unavailability
- Unserviceable delivery addresses
- Unusual order quantities
- Website or technical errors
- Legal, regulatory, or carrier restrictions
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased by one person, household, account, payment method, or delivery address.
6. Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.
You are responsible for reviewing your:

ShelfBloom is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer. Contact us immediately if a correction is required.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. ShelfBloom does not directly control the processing systems, security decisions, or authorization procedures of independent payment providers.
8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to provide a reliable website and quality products. However, the website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or affected by technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShelfBloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, improper installation, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ShelfBloom’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or where liability results from fraud, intentional misconduct, or another matter that cannot legally be limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ShelfBloom harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of a product.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or separated from the Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. No Waiver
Failure by ShelfBloom to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, products, business practices, or legal obligations.
The revised version becomes effective when posted on the website unless another effective date is stated. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.
